We receive confirmation of successful payment but do not store your card details, bank account number, or any other payment credentials. When you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we retain those communications for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and maintaining a record of student support interactions.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Active student accounts and course progress: retained for as long as your account remains active
  • Certificate records: retained indefinitely so you can access your certificates at any time
  • Payment transaction records: retained for 7 years in accordance with Nigerian financial record-keeping requirements
  • Support communications: retained for 2 years from the date of last contact
  • Inactive accounts (no login for 3 years): we may delete inactive accounts after notifying you by email
